Assist Slipper Clutch

Not only does the assist slipper clutch help to prevent rear-wheel lockup on downshifts, it also reduces effort at the lever by almost half, helping to reduce rider fatigue particularly in city traffic or on long rides.

Excellent Response and Feedback

The lightweight diamond-shaped steel frame was designed to allow a certain degree of yield, which enables it to better respond to changes in the road surface and to transmit just the right amount of feedback to the rider.

Suspension Dynamics

For even better off-road performance and overall comfort, the front suspension features Showa 41mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) USD forks. The rear suspension provides more to compliment the front suspension. A single-tube rear shock helps ensure excellent suspension response and better heat dissipation.

Wheels & Tires

The lightweight cast aluminum wheels, large 19-inch front wheel and aggressive front and rear tires help to make the NX500 even better at handling rough surfaces and contribute to the bike’s excellent manoeuvrability.

Powerful Braking

Powerful dual disc brakes with radial-mounted calipers up front and a single-piston caliper at the back are designed to provide strong but easily controlled stopping power – even in difficult conditions.

Additional Information

  • OUR RENTAL DEPARTMENT OPERATES WITH THE NORMAL STORE HOURS. TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 9AM TO 5PM. NO RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE PICKING UP OR DROPPING OFF SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS. WE ADVISE RENTERS TO ORGANISE THERE TRIP AROUND THESE CONSTRAINSTS.  
  • Ghostrider Motorsports requires a pre-authorized credit card damage deposit of $2500 per rental unit.
  • Damage to or total loss of rental units is the responsibility of the renter.
  • $25 PER DAY for 2 stroke oil, fluids and shop supplies on SLEDS is charged additional to the rental rate..
  • UNITS ARE SUPPLIED CLEAN AND FULL OF FUEL AND SHOULD BE RETURNED FULL OF FUEL AND CLEAN.
  • Same day rental is considered as 9 a.m. pickup  to 17:00 p.m. return at our dealership. The renter is responsible for any additional rent beyond the time specified above at a shop rate of $139 hourly rate in increments of 1/2 Hour..
  • 24 hour rental is considered 9am Pickup and 9am return the next day at the dealership. Late returns will be charge at a pro-rata rater per 1/2 beyond the designated return time.
  • Rental vehicles are supplied Pre-Fueled and must be returned full of fuel. Any top ups required upon return will be charged at $2.50 per litre to the  pre-authorised credit card.

UP TO 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE A BOOKING FEE OF $200 PER RENTAL UNIT PER DAY non refundable is required Upon booking*
