Amazing service, they ended up saving me thousands on a bike I was looking to get worked on, great customer and bike service. The service manager was very helpful pointing me in the right direction and saving me lots of money, the Yamaha tech working on the bike has 22 years + of experience working on these bikes and was very helpful in figuring out what was worth doing, both informed me before doing more work to save me money and overall had an amazing experience. The service departments customer service was amazing, personally spoke with Courtney a lot and she was amazing and very helpful in getting what I needed done, highly recommend you bring your bike here for anything needed.

purchased my first ever brand new bike, and also my first ever Honda just recently. from the very second i walked into the store, i was treated very well by everyone in there, and nobody was pushing to make a sale on me.
i talked to Rayelle, and she was awesome to deal with, and answered all my questions....she knows her stuff. She also gave me a courtesy call 2 days later to make sure everything was going great with my new purchase.
Mark in financing was also great to deal with, and not only just a really good guy, we made everything "official" very quickly....and I walked my new bike out only a couple short hours later..

I would like to give Mike a shoutout for his excellent service while I was in search of a rear tire for my Honda shadow. I usually purchase my tires online but after the experience I had at Jack carter I would definitely use their service again. He gave me the best price in town out of all the places I called and even matched the best price found online.

I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been awesome. Recently I started rebuilding a couple older dirt bikes and quads that Ive aquired over the years. So I've been coming in every other day to order more and more parts. Everybody is so friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile at the door. I've tried ordering online before and it's not the same experience, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the instore help. Everybody at the parts counter are very knowledgeable in how to find the right parts that I'm looking for even if they don't make it anymore stock, it saves me time. In particular I'd like to give a shout out to Mike for the enthusiasm into the restoration of these projects and also the helpful research looking into issues I was coming up with. It kept away the continuous dread of having to buy new parts.
